Den utforskar resen\u00e4rernas f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrade behov och den roll som ny och framv\u00e4xande teknik spelar f\u00f6r att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra rese- och hotellbranschen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resen\u00e4rer v\u00e4nder sig i allt h\u00f6gre grad till artificiell intelligens (AI) f\u00f6r att planera och hantera sina resor, och anv\u00e4ndningen av generativ AI (Gen AI) har \u00f6kat med 64 % j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret. De viktigaste f\u00f6rdelarna som resen\u00e4rerna uppskattar \u00e4r betydande tidsbesparingar (42 %), h\u00f6gst personliga rekommendationer (37 %) och uppt\u00e4ckten av nya resm\u00e5l (36 %). Globalt sett k\u00e4nde resen\u00e4rer som anv\u00e4nde Gen AI i sin planering st\u00f6rre trygghet i sina resebeslut (35 %).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">64 % av resen\u00e4rerna som svarade p\u00e5 Amadeus unders\u00f6kning sa att de skulle vara villiga att betala f\u00f6r en AI-reseassistent som kunde hj\u00e4lpa till med information och bokningar under resan (t.ex. biljetter till lokala attraktioner). Och 17 % uppgav att de skulle vara villiga att betala upp till fem procent av resans totala v\u00e4rde f\u00f6r att kunna dra nytta av s\u00e5dana tj\u00e4nster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studien avsl\u00f6jar dock ocks\u00e5 omr\u00e5den d\u00e4r AI f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande brister. En fj\u00e4rdedel (25 %) av de tillfr\u00e5gade har upplevt f\u00f6r\u00e5ldrad eller felaktig information fr\u00e5n AI-genererade resultat, medan ytterligare 25 % hade sv\u00e5rt med AI:s of\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att verkligen f\u00e5nga upp deras personliga preferenser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8221;Den snabba \u00f6kningen av anv\u00e4ndningen av generativ AI visar att resen\u00e4rer \u00e4r ivriga efter smartare och mer personliga upplevelser.
