Samtidigt visar indexet en f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad internationell uppfattning av Sverige inom omr\u00e5det kultur och upplevelser, d\u00e4r uppfattningen om landet som turistdestination \u00e4r en central del.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sverige f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar sin placering inom indexets huvudomr\u00e5de \u201dCulture &amp; Heritage\u201d, d\u00e4r landet kl\u00e4ttrar tv\u00e5 positioner till plats 17 i v\u00e4rlden, j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende \u00e5r. Omr\u00e5det innefattar bland annat hur attraktivt ett land uppfattas att bes\u00f6ka, dess kulturella uttryck och internationella dragningskraft. F\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringen indikerar att Sveriges attraktionskraft som resm\u00e5l har st\u00e4rkts i internationella m\u00e5lgrupper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brand Finance har i sin metodbeskrivning tidigare lyft fram att upplevelsen av ett land som turistdestination \u00e4r en av de mest betydelsefulla faktorerna f\u00f6r ett lands internationella anseende, n\u00e4st efter ett lands nationella finanser. Turismens bidrag till Sveriges mjuka makt \u00e4r d\u00e4rmed betydande och p\u00e5verkar b\u00e5de den samlade bilden av landet och dess l\u00e5ngsiktiga attraktionskraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trots att Sveriges totala placering i indexet 2026 sjunker marginellt j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende \u00e5r (fr\u00e5n placering 11 till placering 13), \u00e4r utvecklingen inom omr\u00e5det \u201dCulture &amp; Heritage\u201d det motsatta och visar att bilden av Sverige som ett attraktivt land att bes\u00f6ka utvecklas i positiv riktning. Det visar att Sveriges soft power-profil inom omr\u00e5den som kultur, livsstil, natur och upplevelser st\u00e4rkts fr\u00e5n f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende \u00e5r \u2013 faktorer som i h\u00f6g grad p\u00e5verkar internationell k\u00e4nnedom, sympati och vilja att resa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utvecklingen kompletterar \u00e4ven bilden av Sverige som en stark kunskaps- och innovationsnation och understryker turismens strategiska roll i Sveriges internationella konkurrenskraft och anseende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Om Global Soft Power Index<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brand Finance publicerar&nbsp;<em>Global Soft Power Index<\/em>&nbsp;baserat p\u00e5 en unders\u00f6kning med mer \u00e4n 150\u202f000 respondenter fr\u00e5n&nbsp;\u00f6ver 100 l\u00e4nder f\u00f6r att samla in data om globala uppfattningar av alla FN:s 193 medlemsstater. Tack vare unders\u00f6kningens omfattning&nbsp;\u00e4r indexet v\u00e4rldens mest helt\u00e4ckande studie av hur nationsvarum\u00e4rken uppfattas, och erbjuder en djupg\u00e5ende analys av Soft Powers utvecklande status n\u00e4r l\u00e4nder navigerar genom betydande globala f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar och utmaningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soft Power definieras som en nations f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att p\u00e5verka preferenser och beteenden hos olika akt\u00f6rer p\u00e5 den internationella arenan (stater, f\u00f6retag, samh\u00e4llen, allm\u00e4nheter etc.) genom attraktion och \u00f6vertalning snarare \u00e4n tv\u00e5ng. However, Sweden has recorded improvements in Culture &amp; Heritage (+2 ranks to 17<sup>th<\/sup>) and Governance (+2 ranks to 4<sup>th<\/sup>), the latter being a long-standing area of strength for the Swedish nation brand.
