\nFlygbolaget Norwegian sp\u00e5r en f\u00f6rlust p\u00e5 2,6 miljarder norska kronor under f\u00f6rsta kvartalet och tvingas nu till en nyemission.<\/strong><\/p>\n

F\u00f6rlusten kan ses i ljuset av finansieringskraven – i bolagets obligationsavtal finns enligt sajten E24 krav p\u00e5 att Norwegian NAS -0,23% alltid ska ha minst 1,5 miljarder norska kronor i eget kapital.<\/p>\n

En riktad nyemission p\u00e5 1,3 miljarder kronor ska s\u00e4kra att bolaget inte hamnar under den niv\u00e5n.<\/p>\n

\u201dNettoint\u00e4kterna fr\u00e5n den riktade emissionen kommer att s\u00e4kra en betydande buffert f\u00f6r obligationsvillk\u00e5ret\u201d, skriver Norwegian i ett pressmeddelande som publicerades efter Oslob\u00f6rsens st\u00e4ngning.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6rlusten f\u00f6re skatt f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta kvartalet v\u00e4ntas \u00f6ka fr\u00e5n minus 1,8 miljarder norska kronor till minus 2,6 miljarder kronor. Norwegian pekar p\u00e5 h\u00f6gre br\u00e4nslepriser och st\u00e4rkt euro j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med senaste guidningen.
