Alla akt\u00f6rer brister i hanteringen vid f\u00f6rseningar anser kunderna.<\/p>\n<p>Tidigare har det varit stor spridning mellan hur n\u00f6jda kunderna \u00e4r med transportbolagen. I \u00e5r \u00e4r tendensen snarare den motsatta. Bland flygbolagen s\u00e5 \u00e4r det exempelvis oerh\u00f6rt j\u00e4mt mellan BRA, SAS och Norwegian och skillnaden mellan MTR Express och SJ \u00e4r fortsatt stor men gapet har minskat. Branschen har i snitt n\u00e5got b\u00e4ttre kundn\u00f6jdhet \u00e4n f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret, 69,6 i \u00e5r j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med 69,1 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Nettbuss med sina varum\u00e4rken Nettbuss Bus4You och Nettbuss express f\u00e5r \u00e4n en g\u00e5ng b\u00e4st betyg bland alla akt\u00f6rer i m\u00e4tningen.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_231791\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-231791\" style=\"width: 450px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/en\/?attachment_id=231791\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-231791\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/xp0xfhfuufdydn1nnanf-450x260.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"260\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-231791\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-231791\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto:Svenskt Kvalitetsindex<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>N\u00f6jdhet m\u00e4ts p\u00e5 en skala mellan 0 och 100. Generellt sett har branscher och f\u00f6retag som f\u00e5r betyg under 60 i kundn\u00f6jdhet stora sv\u00e5righeter attmotivera sina kunder attstanna kvar hos sig, medan betyg \u00f6ver 75 pekar p\u00e5 en stark relation mellan f\u00f6retag och kund. Notera att i gruppen \u201dBranschen\u201d ing\u00e5r \u00e4ven alla \u00f6vriga akt\u00f6rer inom flyg-, t\u00e5g- och bussbranscherna.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Bussbolagen har alltid haft n\u00f6jdare kunder \u00e4n t\u00e5get och flyget och vi kan konstatera att det \u00e4r \u00e5ttonde \u00e5ret i rad som just Nettbuss Bus4You kommer allra b\u00e4st ut, kommenterar Svenskt Kvalitetsindex vd Johan Parmler.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e5get v\u00e4ljs av milj\u00f6sk\u00e4l<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 \u00c4ven om t\u00e5gbranschen ligger fortsatt l\u00e5gt kan vi notera att SJ hela tiden f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar sina resultat fr\u00e5n de l\u00e5ga niv\u00e5er som uppm\u00e4ttes strax efter 2010, forts\u00e4tter Johan Parmler. Punktligheten \u00e4r fortfarande SJ:s stora akillesh\u00e4l men den har faktiskt blivit b\u00e4ttre och b\u00e4ttre i kundernas \u00f6gon.<\/p>\n<p>Att resa med SJ associeras bland m\u00e5nga kunder som milj\u00f6v\u00e4nligt. N\u00e4stan 3 av 10 kunder uppger att de reser med SJ p\u00e5 grund av milj\u00f6sk\u00e4l \u2013 vilket \u00e4r \u00f6verl\u00e4gset h\u00f6gre \u00e4n \u00f6vriga akt\u00f6rer i branschen. Att ta ansvar f\u00f6r en h\u00e5llbar social och milj\u00f6m\u00e4ssig utveckling \u00e4r en allt viktigare fr\u00e5ga bland kunderna. H\u00e4r sticker Nettbuss b\u00e5da varum\u00e4rken ut positivt bland bussbolagen, medan BRA p\u00e5 flygsidan f\u00e5r ett relativt h\u00f6gt betyg.<\/p>\n<p>Klagom\u00e5l p\u00e5 service s\u00e4nker kundn\u00f6jdheten<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r man studerar transportbranschen \u00e4r det sv\u00e5rt att inte se problemet med f\u00f6rseningar. Mer \u00e4n var fj\u00e4rde kund har upplevt f\u00f6rseningar under det senaste \u00e5ret. Om det var f\u00f6rseningar p\u00e5 den senaste resan uppger runt 40 % av kunderna att f\u00f6rseningen varade mellan 10-29 minuter, 27 % varade upp till en timme och 26 % mer \u00e4n en timme!<\/p>\n<p>De h\u00f6ga andelarna g\u00f6r att hanteringenav f\u00f6rseningarna blir mycket viktig. H\u00e4r ser vi att alla akt\u00f6rer brister i \u00e5r och f\u00e5r ett stort icke-godk\u00e4nt av sina kunder.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00e5got som verkligen sl\u00e4par \u00e4r information i samband med hanteringen, vilket man kan tycka \u00e4r konstigt i dagens l\u00e4ge med alla digitala kontaktpunkter som finns, s\u00e4ger Johan Parmler. Bristen p\u00e5 information vid st\u00f6rningar \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 n\u00e5got som lyfts fram i samband med de senaste dagarnas problem inom den sp\u00e5rburna trafiken. Svenskt Kvalitetsindex anv\u00e4nder 95 % konfidensgrad som standard.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e5r erfarenhet \u00e4r att branscher och akt\u00f6rer som f\u00e5r betyg under 60 i kundn\u00f6jdhet har stora sv\u00e5righeter att motivera sina kunder att stanna kvar hos sig, medan betyg \u00f6ver 75 pekar p\u00e5 en stark relation mellan akt\u00f6r och kund.
