\nAt Ryanair, over 6,000 cabin crew members in 21 different countries have threatened to strike during the summer unless the airline meets certain demands, including pay increases.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cabin crew representatives have written a list of demands to the airline.<\/p>\n

From staff based abroad, one of the requirements is not to have an Irish bank as it does not give them access to loans. Some employees say they have a lot of pressure from management to meet sales targets rather than focus on customer service.<\/p>\n

The list of demands also includes demands for fair pay, the right to sick pay, a supportive work culture and better safety.<\/p>\n

The threat from the cabin crew came shortly after the Dublin-based pilots notified the company of a strike that will last for 24 hours.<\/p>\n
