It is also possible to just chat with SJ and ask questions to learn new things about trains.<\/p>\n<p>SJ Voice Control is being launched in conjunction with the launch of the Swedish Google Assistant, which is now gradually starting to roll out and become available for Android and iOS devices in Sweden. SJ&#039;s voice service is now initially a first test of what we can offer in the future for services via voice control with artificial intelligence. The service is easily activated in the Google Assistant by the user saying &quot;talk to SJ&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 We want to be where the customer is and believe that voice control is the channel of the future for dialogue with our customers and in the future also a channel for purchasing their travel.
