{"id":232605,"date":"2018-10-31T07:04:53","date_gmt":"2018-10-31T06:04:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/?p=232605"},"modified":"2024-02-02T12:57:47","modified_gmt":"2024-02-02T12:57:47","slug":"many-people-dont-know-how-to-unlock-their-mobile-phones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/en\/manga-vet-inte-hur-de-sparrar-mobilen\/","title":{"rendered":"Many people don&#039;t know how to block their mobile phone"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Around 125,000 mobile phones are reported stolen per year \u2013 and five percent of mobile phone owners say they have at some point lost their handset.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yet half of them don&#039;t know how to block their mobile phone if it is stolen or lost.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Surprisingly few people know how to block a mobile phone, considering everything you can access on your mobile phone if it is open, says Lina Nilsson, advisory expert at the Swedish Theft Protection Association (SSF), to TT.<\/p>\n<p>Approximately 125,000 mobile phones are reported stolen annually and in a Demoscope survey commissioned by the Swedish Theft Protection Association, five percent of owners say they have at some point lost their mobile phone.<\/p>\n<p>If the thief can get into the phone, there are often messages, payment services, mobile bank ID and card details that allow you to get rid of much larger sums than just the value of the phone.<\/p>\n<p>In the survey, nearly four out of ten respondents stated that they do not know how to back up their mobile phone to be able to recover the information if it is lost. Half do not know how to lock their mobile phone to prevent access.<\/p>\n<p>So what is important about the screen lock?<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 I think you should primarily choose fingerprint recognition.
