The ranking is based on a survey of 85 Swedish companies across eleven different industries to understand their digital maturity from a customer perspective.<\/p>\n<p>The survey, which was conducted in the summer of 2018, studied the companies&#039; degree of digitalization based on 252 criteria within six dimensions: e-commerce, e-CRM, mobile services, social media, digital product experience and digital marketing. In addition to the top position in Swedish business, SJ also takes first place in the travel industry &quot;passenger transportation&quot;. Furthermore, SJ is ranked second best in Sweden in the dimensions e-CRM and mobile services.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 We are of course very proud of this ranking, but we are not satisfied with this. SJ&#039;s focus on digitalization permeates our entire business and is a purely strategic choice to strengthen our long-term competitiveness.
