\nPatric Sj\u00f6berg has been appointed as the new CEO of Str\u00f6mma Turism & Sj\u00f6fart AB (Stromma) and will take up his new role on June 1, 2019.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Patric most recently comes from Stockholmsm\u00e4ssan, where he has been CEO since 2008.<\/p>\n

\u2013 It is very pleasing to be able to welcome Patric to Stromma as the new CEO. His previous experience in the hospitality industry makes him well suited for the role, says Hans von Rettig, Chairman of the Board of Str\u00f6mma Turism & Sj\u00f6fart.<\/p>\n

\u2013 There are times in life when you get offers that you just can't refuse, and this is one of them. I have had an incredibly exciting and educational time at Stockholm International Fairs, but when the opportunity arose to run a larger international company in the hospitality industry, I couldn't miss it, says Patric Sj\u00f6berg.<\/p>\n

Patric has a long history in the hospitality industry. Since 2008, he has worked as CEO of Stockholmsm\u00e4ssan. Patric has previously held CEO positions at SAS Human Resources Services AB and SAS Trading AB. He has also held various positions within IKEA.<\/p>\n

Patric succeeds Jan Lars\u00e9n, who since 1985 has successfully led Stromma, which has expanded to five countries and 13 cities with the main focus on \u201dTours & Activities\u201d. As previously informed, Jan is leaving Stromma as his 65th birthday and retirement approaches.
