A first preliminary report is expected today on what happened when an Ethiopian Airlines passenger plane with 157 people on board crashed, AFP reports, citing anonymous sources close to the investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All 157 people on board died in the accident that occurred shortly after the plane \u2013 a Boeing 737 Max 8 \u2013 took off from the airport in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa on March 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On board the plane were citizens from 35 nations. Four of the victims were Swedes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the accident in Ethiopia, the Boeing 737 Max 8 aircraft model has been taken out of service almost worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
