A bid is being prepared, but could be several months away, a source tells Sky News. Wallenberg&#039;s venture capital firm EQT is also rumored to be considering a bid for the travel operator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company has faced double profit warnings, large losses and a credit rating downgrade in 2018 and is in great need of capital. In the industry, its main competitor Tui has also warned of profit during the year, while several airlines have gone bankrupt, including the British BMI and Icelandic Wow Air.
