He replaces Mikael St\u00f6hr, who resigned from his board position at the Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The composition of the new board is justified by the owner on the grounds that the board members are deemed to have relevant expertise, experience and background for the company&#039;s governance. The elected board is deemed to have an appropriate composition, taking into account the company&#039;s operations, development stage and other circumstances, characterised by versatility and breadth in terms of the members&#039; expertise, experience and background.
