They will definitely not reach the target by 2002,&quot; says Michael Stridsberg, investigator at the Swedish Transport Agency, to Svenska Dagbladet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To address train delays, the rail industry has previously set a common goal for 2020 that 95 percent of trains should arrive on time. However, the work has lagged behind and for a long time 90 percent of trains have been on time.
