Ryanair will immediately appeal the decision, reports&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2019-12-23\/ryanair-coo-can-move-to-rival-easyjet-next-month-court-rules?srnd=premium-europe\">Bloomberg<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On January 1, Peter Bellew will become chief operating officer of the airline Easy Jet. This despite his current employer Ryanair trying to stop his employment citing a clause in his employment contract, reports&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2019-12-23\/ryanair-coo-can-move-to-rival-easyjet-next-month-court-rules?srnd=premium-europe\">Bloomberg<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peter Bellew&#039;s move to Easyjet was announced in July this year. However, Ryanair said he would have to wait 12 months from the date he left the airline before he could start his new job at Easyjet.
