The Black List is updated twice a year, and airlines are always there. The companies with the most new cases on the list are both airlines. Now 165 new companies have been added to the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Companies that do not follow the recommendations given by the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints, ARN, end up in the consumer magazine.\u00a0Advice & Tips<\/a>\u00a0Blacklist. The list has now been updated with 165 companies, and Ryanair is at the top with 19 new cases. Not far behind is Finnair with 16 new cases. In total, there are 232 new cases on the list.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every year, airlines are included in the Black List. Often it is about delays or canceled flights where the airlines choose not to compensate customers according to the EU rules that exist. It can also be about lost luggage. In this update of the Black List, 23 travel companies are included, and these owe their customers just over 540,000 kronor according to R\u00e5d & R\u00f6n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consumers lose four million <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

ARN provides recommendations in disputes between companies and consumers. These recommendations do not have to be followed by the companies and customers who want compensation can then proceed to the district court. The purpose of the blacklist is to warn companies that do not follow ARN's recommendations. There are currently around 500 companies on the list. This year's new cases involve almost four million kronor, money that consumers would have received if the companies had followed the recommendations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
