Ryanair appealed the case, which has now been decided by the Court of Justice of the European Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The court states that unavoidable fees such as VAT for domestic flights, as well as unavoidable credit card fees, must be reported from the outset.
