The union is hitting back hard.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Travel company Vinggruppen&#039;s airline Sunclass Airlines is starting MBL negotiations with Unionen about the future of 170 to 180 cabin crew members. The company is demanding that the employees reduce their salaries by 20 percent - otherwise they will be threatened with dismissal.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The response from the trade union Unionen so far has been no.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Wednesday, the company called for MBL negotiations, according to Sunclass Airlines&#039; communications manager Lisbeth Nedergaard to Di.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201d&quot;The company is calling on MBL and referring to the possibility of terminating employees.
