International air traffic will also be allowed starting Tuesday, June 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dIn some countries around the world, especially in Latin America but also North America, the pandemic continues to behave in a very worrying way,\u201d says Morawiecki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dThat is why we are currently limiting our decision to EU countries,\u201d the Prime Minister continues, emphasizing that the bulk of Poland&#039;s exports go to EU countries.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poland has reported 27,842 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 1,206 deaths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The government began easing restrictions in May, when restaurants, among other things, opened and the limit for public gatherings was raised to 150 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The country has recently been hit by a new wave of infections linked to coal mines in southern Poland, leading to the temporary closure of some of them.
