Norwegian has been named \u201dEurope\u2019s Best Low-Cost Airline 2020\u201d by the World Travel Awards \u2013 one of the travel industry\u2019s finest and most recognized awards ceremonies globally. This is the sixth consecutive year that Norwegian has received this prestigious accolade.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The World Travel Awards were established in 1993 with the aim of recognizing, celebrating and rewarding the best players globally in the travel industry, and it is representatives from the industry who vote for their favorites. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 COVID-19 has impacted the travel industry globally and has meant that Norwegian has faced unprecedented challenges in 2020. Throughout this extended crisis, we have remained focused on our customers by continuing to fly key domestic and European routes. Winning the award \u201dEurope\u2019s Best Low-Cost Airline\u201d for the sixth year in a row is further proof that our dedicated and committed employees around the world are truly Rednose Warriors,\u201d says Norwegian\u2019s CEO Jacob Schram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
