At the turn of the year, the HR manager, IT manager, communications manager and CFO will all leave the company.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201d&quot;The pandemic has hit the taxi industry hard and through the changes, Cabonline is reducing costs to meet the lower demand, and preparing the company to develop further and create new business post-Corona,&quot; Cabonline writes in a press release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dag Kibsgaard-Petersen, CEO for a week, says that &quot;tough times require tough decisions.&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201d&quot;We are an offensive company in an industry that will not look the same after the crisis. By shrinking the management team, we reduce necessary costs and become more efficient. Together with the management and other employees, riders and drivers, we now have a good starting position to take the next step in Cabonline&#039;s development,&quot; he continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Monday, the company will present a new four-person group management team, where the CFO position will be filled on an interim basis by Petter Lindkvist. In addition to him and the CEO, the group management team will consist of a vice president and a customer service manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The responsibility for IT and communications management will thus fall outside of group management, to different people than before, and will be designated as staff functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabonline is the largest taxi company in the Nordic region with 3,000 affiliated hauliers and approximately 5,700 taxis in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
