The aim is to continue expansion in the Swedish hotel market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>It's Christmas Eve\u00a0<\/strong>Holdings<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>hotel operations, Jula Hotell, which is buying the business. The plan is to open as early as the summer, depending on the pace of Corona restrictions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the acquisition of Gyllene Uttern, there are now three hotels in the Jula Group: Jula Hotell Konst Konferens, Jula Hotell Stadt Kongress, and Jula Hotell Gyllene Uttern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aim is now to continue expansion in the Swedish market, writes the family-owned company in a press release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gyllene Uttern was declared bankrupt earlier this year after the coronavirus pandemic hit the business hard, while the company's former<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jp.se\/logga-in\/klart-klassiska-gyllene-uttern-gar-i-konkurs-anstallda-ar-min-prioritet-det-hander-nu\">\u00a0owner passed away<\/a>.
