Those who are fully vaccinated currently need to take a rapid Covid-19 test within two days of entering the UK, while the rules for unvaccinated travellers are stricter with stricter requirements for testing and quarantine upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But now the requirement to test is being removed for fully vaccinated people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dBorder testing of vaccinated travellers has played its role,\u201d says Transport Secretary Grant Shapps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dToday we set Britain free,\u201d he continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new rule, which is applauded by the British travel industry, will come into effect from February 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So far, 154,000 people have been confirmed to have died from COVID-19 in the UK, making the country the second hardest hit in Europe after Russia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Source: TT<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Storbritannien l\u00e4ttar p\u00e5 inresereglerna f\u00f6r resen\u00e4rer som \u00e4r vaccinerade mot covid-19.
