The relationship between the Swedish Pilots' Association and SAS management is already strained. Martin Lindgren, chairman of the SAS section of the union, believes that the savings package now being presented by management will further deteriorate the relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Swedish Pilots' Association believes, among other things, that SAS has long been actively working to replace previously employed pilots with newly employed pilots who have not been given the opportunity to organize themselves in a union where they want. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
