At the age of 14, she got her first summer job at the hotel in her home municipality of Storuman and in 2006 she started at Nordic Choice Hotels and since then she has held many senior positions, such as Management Trainee, Hotel Manager, Operations Manager and most recently as Hotel Director for Clarion Hotel Wisby.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u2013 We are incredibly proud and happy that Viktoria has accepted the assignment to open, manage and develop Clarion Hotel Ume\u00e5. Viktoria has a unique feeling for motivating and inspiring teams to extraordinary results regardless of conditions and challenges, both when it comes to soft and hard key figures. With her extensive experience, dynamic leadership style and high energy, we are convinced that Viktoria will be an asset to the hotel and Ume\u00e5 as a destination, says Miri Sumiq, Operations Director Clarion Hotel Sweden.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clarion Hotel Ume\u00e5 will open in the fourth quarter of 2022 and, with its 270 hotel rooms, restaurant, rooftop bar, conference spaces and wellness department, will create an international meeting place in the heart of Ume\u00e5.<br \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u2013 Returning home to V\u00e4sterbotten and establishing the new Clarion Ume\u00e5 is a dream come true. After 16 years in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s, Stockholm and most recently Visby, I am moving up in the country and taking on the task more charged and excited than ever. I have had the privilege of leading some of NCH&#039;s leading hotels, Quality Friends, Clarion Sign and now most recently Clarion Wisby, to develop the hotels into destinations for the local business community, tourists and business travelers \u2013 we will do the same at Clarion Ume\u00e5. My team and I will work to become the new living room of Ume\u00e5 residents, the natural meeting place and create memorable experiences for the entire business community in Norrland!
