Vi har f\u00e5tt in extremt m\u00e5nga \u00e4renden kopplade till strejken. Det kommer ta tid f\u00f6r oss att g\u00e5 igenom dem. Vi har satt in alla resurser vi har f\u00f6r att hantera \u00e4rendena\u201d,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dn.se\/ekonomi\/konsumentverket-startar-utredning-mot-sas\/\">s\u00e4ger Anna Sandell till DN<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under de f\u00f6rsta \u00e5ren av pandemin hade SAS ocks\u00e5 stora problem med \u00e5terbetalningar till resen\u00e4rer som drabbats av inst\u00e4llda flyg och hamnade under Konsumentverkets tillsyn.
