SJ announces that it will compensate customers who were affected by the booking disruption during this year's release of Christmas and New Year tickets. This is reported by SVT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For two days, customers were sent out of the booking system due to technical problems, which caused prices to increase. The site also crashed at first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a consequence of the high pressure, the automated ticket price increased. SJ now announces that customers who were affected by the automated prices will be compensated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201d"We have decided tonight to compensate customers who, despite being out in good time, had to pay a higher price," says Monica Lingeg\u00e5rd, CEO of SJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The compensation is based on a price cap for the tickets sold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
