Room Republic will open on January 2, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u2013 We see great potential to develop both the hotel and \u00c5hus into an even more attractive destination. \u00c5hus is already a strong brand with an attractive range of activities. We have had success with our strategy of investing and developing the hotels at a high pace in combination with enhancing the guest experience and packaging and making the hotel and destination more visible.<\/em>, says Kjell Jakobsson, owner of Room Republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c5hus Seaside is located on the beautiful T\u00e4ppetstranden in \u00c5hus. The hotel was inaugurated on June 17, 2022 and has 72 rooms, 6 conference rooms, a restaurant and a spa. In August 2022, the hotel received the official classification 4 stars Superior. Expected budgeted turnover for \u00c5hus Seaside is approximately 70 million in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Staffan and Camilla Andersson, who owned the hotel and are behind the entire project, are now choosing to step aside.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u2013 We have fought and worked hard for several years to ensure that \u00c5hus gets an exclusive seaside destination hotel. We are very proud of what we have achieved together with our fantastic staff and we have received a very nice response from our guests. As we now hand over to Room Republic, we feel confident that with their knowledge, experience and good reputation, they will continue to develop \u00c5hus Seaside into a facility that we can all be proud of.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u2013 \u00c5hus Seaside is a fantastically beautiful facility that Staffan &amp; Camilla have created. We see great potential in the facility and our team is prepared to do something really great with this fine hotel<\/em>, says Andr\u00e9 \u00c5berg, CEO of Room Republic&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Room Republic Group consists of The Vault Hotel Helsingborg, V Hotel Helsingborg, Hotel Statt H\u00e4ssleholm, Hotel Feliz and Palma Suites in Palma de Mallorca as well as the charity project Dandelion in South Africa.
