Wilderness routes, unique accommodations, gastronomic weekends, fiddler conventions, cultural festivals, international art exhibitions, long-awaited musical performances and, not least, anniversaries are just a few examples that will enhance the range of tourist destinations in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Swedes&#039; interest in discovering and vacationing in Sweden continues! With the pandemic years&#039; closures and restrictions fresh in their minds, many are looking forward to starting to travel again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The search for foreign travel destinations has increased, but Swedes&#039; interest in holiday experiences in Sweden is still higher than before the pandemic (1) and according to Oxford Economics forecasts, the Swedish tourism industry is expected to grow by six percent in the coming years compared to 2022.
