The meeting further resolved, in accordance with the nomination committee&#039;s proposal, that the board fees shall remain unchanged from the previous year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Annual General Meeting resolved to adopt the presented income statement and balance sheet as well as the consolidated financial statements and consolidated balance sheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Annual General Meeting resolved that no dividend for the financial year November 1, 2021\u2013October 31, 2022 will be paid to shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Annual General Meeting resolved to grant discharge from liability for the members of the Board of Directors and the CEO for the financial year November 1, 2021\u2013October 31, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Annual General Meeting resolved to re-elect the auditing firm KPMG AB as auditor and that the auditor&#039;s fee shall be paid according to an approved invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Annual General Meeting resolved to adopt instructions for the Nomination Committee and that the five members of the Nomination Committee shall consist of the Chairman of the Board, together with the shareholder representatives \u00c5sa Mitsell, Ministry of Finance, for the Swedish State, Adrian L\u00fcbbert, Ministry of Finance, for the Danish State, Jacob Wallenberg, for Wallenberg Investments AB, and Gerald Engstr\u00f6m, who represents himself and F\u00e4rna Invest AB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Annual General Meeting resolved to approve the Board&#039;s report regarding remuneration to senior executives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The shareholder proposals from Thorwald Tilman (formerly Arvidsson) for a special review did not receive sufficient support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the press release.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c5rsst\u00e4mman den 16\u00a0mars 2023 beslutade i enlighet med valberedningens f\u00f6rslag att omv\u00e4lja Carsten Dilling till styrelseordf\u00f6rande samt att till styrelseledam\u00f6ter omv\u00e4lja Lars-Johan Jarnheimer, Nina Bjornstad, Michael Friisdahl, Henriette Hallberg Thygesen, Kay Kratky och Oscar Stege Unger.
