Some of the most unusual requests include diet water, melted ice cream and a bowl of rice for dogs. The survey is summarized below, and more can be read in the attached press release. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hamburger the big winner<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hamburgers are the most popular menu item globally (40 percent), beating out classics like club sandwiches, pizza and fries.
