{"id":241507,"date":"2023-08-29T06:57:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-29T04:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/?p=241507"},"modified":"2023-08-29T06:57:00","modified_gmt":"2023-08-29T04:57:00","slug":"cruise-ship-in-mallorca-collides-with-oil-tanker","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/en\/kryssningsfartyg-pa-mallorca-i-krock-med-oljetanker\/","title":{"rendered":"Cruise ship in Mallorca collides with oil tanker"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A cruise ship carrying thousands of British tourists collided with an oil tanker off the coast of Palma, Mallorca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident occurred according to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2023\/aug\/27\/mallorca-po-ship-with-thousands-of-britons-onboard-collides-with-tanker\">The Guardian<\/a>&nbsp;yesterday when a strong storm took hold of the ship and tore off the moorings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ship then slid into an oil tanker and a loud bang was heard, according to witnesses to the newspaper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 A loud crash came from the bar and the door opened with people running in.
