The trip, which is called Soulful traveling, is based on the yoga form Silent Yoga Sweden \u2013 a concept where participants are guided through the yoga session with wireless headphones.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The leading travel company TUI offers several different types of fitness and health trips \u2013 from running and bootcamp to golf and swimrun. One of the strongest travel trends this year is travel with a focus on inner health with elements of yoga and mindfulness. To meet this trend, TUI is launching the training concept Soulful traveling, with yoga, meditation and relaxation in focus. On this week-long trip, participants get to stop, feel and create awareness while enjoying the sun, swimming and great company. Soulful traveling is based on the philosophy that a trip begins at the time of booking, and the participant receives a package of guided meditations to complete before, during and after the trip. All to create a spiritual experience that lasts a long time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first trip will be to beautiful Boavista in Cape Verde in February 2024 and will be conducted together with yoga profile and health inspirer Emilia L\u00f6f Karlsson, also known as Namaste by Emilia. Emilia is one of the most well-known yoga teachers in Sweden and offers so-called Silent Yoga Sweden, where each participant receives a pair of wireless headphones for a more personally guided and intimate yoga experience. Throughout the trip, Emilia guides participants through soft daily yoga, wonderful easy meditations, healthy food and workshops where participants learn to balance, develop and enjoy life in the best way.<br \/><br \/>\u2013 Activities during the holidays are a growing trend among Swedes and during the past year we have developed several new training and health trips. An important factor when we put together our training trips is to match them with the right destination and hotel.
