The additional routes will play a significant role in connecting Stockholm with key hubs and markets in North America, as well as established and growing markets in Central and South America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The news that United Airlines and Delta Air Lines are both returning to Stockholm Arlanda Airport is very encouraging, not only for those who want to visit family and friends or discover new destinations, but especially for the thousands of Swedish companies operating in North America. As it is one of Sweden&#039;s most important markets in terms of import\/export and trade, smooth accessibility between the countries is essential for both industries and companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 The fact that both United Airlines and Delta Air Lines are choosing to return to Stockholm Arlanda Airport is gratifying and clearly demonstrates Stockholm&#039;s central role as an important hub in the region for both business and tourism and those traveling to see friends and family, says Jonas Abrahamsson, Swedavia&#039;s President and CEO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the summer season 2024, Stockholm Arlanda Airport will have direct routes to several important hubs in North America.
