Built with technology similar to that behind ChatGPT, the AI assistant gives travelers the ability to combine different destinations, transportation modes and accommodation options to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sembo.se\/artikel\/prisjamfor-resan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">price compare the entire trip<\/a>. The tool is completely free and gives travelers significantly more freedom in their travel planning. The launch is the first of its kind globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andreas Elmgren, General Manager at Sembo, says:<em>&nbsp;\u201cThis will set a new industry standard globally. We see that many are into AI and building their own ChatGPT-inspired solutions, but this is the first solution where you get both suggestions and the opportunity to book multiple modes of transport and accommodation in one tool and booking flow. It should be as wonderful to book a dream trip as it is to go on it. Now travelers can finally get in the driver&#039;s seat and for the first time can get an overview in one and the same flow, regardless of the complexity of the trip.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The news comes as Swedes largely continue to prioritize travel. At the same time, the launch of ChatGPT has led to more and more industries looking at how AI can be implemented to improve the customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jari Virtanen, CEO of Stena Line Travel Group Holding AB, says:<em>&nbsp;\u201cSembo has always been a technology-driven and innovative travel company and that is also one of the reasons why Stena Line became an owner. In general, the travel industry is far behind the type of digitalization that other industries have done \u2014 the way to book travel has looked the same for the last 20 years. Now Sembo is taking a big step forward and it feels fantastic to be leading the way internationally.
