The public-private partnership also allows residents to own up to 49 percent of the shares. The groundbreaking was celebrated on site by Michael Bayley and Jason Liberty, President and CEO of Royal Caribbean Group, along with Bahamas Prime Minister Philip Davis and Deputy Prime Minister I.
