Safari on one of Jamaica&#039;s longest rivers<\/strong><br>Winding from the island\u2019s southwest coast into the center of the island, the Black River is one of Jamaica\u2019s longest rivers. A safari through the river\u2019s mangrove swamps will allow you to experience the island\u2019s diverse wildlife, with exotic birds soaring overhead and crocodiles basking and moving in the river. The excursion is led by knowledgeable guides who give participants a deeper insight into Jamaica\u2019s rich biodiversity and river ecosystems.\u00a0\u00a0<br><br><strong>2. Seven-tiered waterfall<\/strong><br>Nestled in the rolling green landscape of St. Elizabeth are the mighty YS Falls. The falls are divided into seven different levels with beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding scenic landscape. As you walk between the different levels of the waterfall, you will pass tropical plants and wildlife. The distillery offers guided tours where visitors can gain insight into the production process that has been passed down through generations, learn more about how the sugar cane is processed, as well as the distillation itself. Golden sand and secluded coves<\/strong><br>A hidden gem on Jamaica\u2019s south coast, Treasure Beach is known as one of the island\u2019s quietest beaches. Here you can enjoy the privacy of the golden sands and watch the local fishermen gather their daily catch \u2013 which can then be enjoyed at some of the seafood restaurants nearby.\u00a0\u00a0<br><br><strong>5. Mythical cliff\u00a0<\/strong><br>At the dramatic clifftop of Lover&#039;s Leap, you&#039;ll find a breathtaking panoramic view of the azure sea. The cliff is named after a story about a couple in love who are said to have jumped over the edge because of their unrequited love, a fall of over 500 meters. But according to legend, the moon saved them in a golden net. When you stand on the cliff, it feels like you&#039;re looking into infinity.
