{"id":297828,"date":"2024-09-26T06:49:00","date_gmt":"2024-09-26T04:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/?p=297828"},"modified":"2024-09-26T06:17:37","modified_gmt":"2024-09-26T04:17:37","slug":"sj-norwegian-luxury-train-from-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/en\/sj-kor-norskt-lyxtag-fran-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"SJ is launching a Norwegian luxury train service from 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SJ Norge will run the new luxury train, the Norient Express, which is owned by NLE AS.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sjt.no\/jernbane\/nyheter-jernbane\/norient-express-kan-starte-turisttog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Norwegian Railway Authority SJT<\/a>\u00a0has received clearance for traffic and estimates that the Norient Express has a maximum annual capacity of 3,000 travellers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Norient Express is presented as a complete holiday trip with specially built trains between Bergen and Trondheim. The trains are intended to function as hotel accommodation, catering, spa, education, and office spaces, among other things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The concept will be launched in autumn 2025 and promises a unique travel experience.
