Prizes include airline tickets, rental cars, cruises, package holidays, hotel stays, train tickets, archipelago tours and guided city walks.&nbsp;<strong>The ticket price is 125 kronor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Christmas Calendar Lottery is actually a fundraising effort for vulnerable children, carried out by the Swedish travel industry&#039;s own children&#039;s fund New Hope. The fundraising in the form of a physical scratch-off lottery with permission from the Swedish Gambling Authority has been carried out annually since the mid-1990s. The Travel Industry Children&#039;s Fund has been operating since 1989.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The profit from the sale of the Christmas calendar is distributed by the Travel Industry Children&#039;s Fund New Hope between the recipient organizations for vulnerable children in the world that the children&#039;s fund is involved in. In some cases, school meals are also the only meals for school children. By offering school meals and education, the work to achieve several of the UN&#039;s global sustainability goals is combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Agenda 2030 Goal 3: Good health and well-being<br><\/strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.globalamalen.se\/om-globala-malen\/mal-3-halsa-och-valbefinnande\/\">https:\/\/www.globalamalen.se\/om-globala-malen\/mal-3-halsa-och-valbefinnande\/<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Basic and simple school health care ensures the health of students and provides the opportunity for follow-up on physical and mental development. School health care creates the opportunity for knowledge-raising activities to improve young people&#039;s physical development, sexual health and knowledge about contraception. It also creates the opportunity to reach students&#039; families and home environments with, among other things, health-promoting, medical and hygiene-improving interventions and knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Agenda 2030 goal 4: Quality education for all<br><\/strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.globalamalen.se\/om-globala-malen\/mal-4-god-utbildning-alla\/\">https:\/\/www.globalamalen.se\/om-globala-malen\/mal-4-god-utbildning-alla\/<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Travel Industry Children&#039;s Fund New Hope works long-term to make school and education accessible to children and young people who would otherwise not have the opportunity. New Hope also works to constantly improve school and educational environments.
