From November, Swedish star chef Frida Ronge will step into the role of Creative Leader for Sustainable Food Experiences at Strawberry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Food and drink is one of the areas that stands out as strategically important for both guests and employees, and where we can also make a big difference. For several years, Frida has developed successful restaurants and exciting concepts, and now we look forward to taking this collaboration one step further with Frida taking on the role of Creative Leader for Sustainable Food Experiences, says Harald Bjugstad-Holm, Sustainability Director at Strawberry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ronge has previously developed concepts such as the restaurant Vr\u00e5 in Gothenburg, TAK Stockholm, and TAK Oslo for Strawberry, and is known for creating food combinations that blend the best of Nordic and Japanese food culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 To continue working with food and now with an even greater focus on sustainability within Strawberry feels incredibly honourable and fun. I'm really looking forward to creating experiences together with the teams in the group's universe, focusing on good, sustainable food, says Frida Ronge.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Frida will contribute her experience and expertise to create sustainable food experiences for our guests and members.
