The total number of overnight stays exceeded 2.2 million, an increase of 7.3 % compared with October 2023. Of these, 87.1 % were spent in rented accommodation, highlighting the strong demand for Malta\u2019s hospitality services. The average length of stay for inbound tourists was 6.2 nights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tourism revenue in October reached almost 356.5 million euros, an increase of 18.4 % compared with the same month last year. A notable figure is that 203,950 tourists, or 57.4 % of all visitors, included Gozo and Comino in their itineraries, underlining the popularity of these islands. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Malta continues to attract visitors with its wide range of attractions, from UNESCO World Heritage sites and vibrant festivals to a stunning Mediterranean coastline and a growing film industry.
