Several other places in the mountains are under avalanche warnings after recent snowfall.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The avalanche danger in \u00c5re, Bydalen, Sylarna and Storulv\u00e5n is currently assessed as significant \u2013 a three on a five-point scale \u2013 following heavy snowfall in recent days. The snowfall is expected to continue before Christmas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What should you consider when setting out?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 The ski resorts themselves are safe on the slopes and near the slopes, the trails are generally safe. But there is still little snow, says Petter Palmgren at the government service Avalanche Forecasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But there are also warnings of avalanches in the southern Lapland mountains, the western H\u00e4rjedal mountains and the Western Vindelfj\u00e4llen mountains.
