Les Clefs d'Or is an exclusive membership and global network for people working in the concierge profession, which since its inception in Paris in the 1920s has grown from a friendly association to a respected international organization. Membership requires two years of experience as a concierge, recommendations from two international members and a selection process with an application, interview and written assignments on the theme of the hospitality industry in their home city.
