Trots teknikens m\u00f6jligheter brister kommunikationen vid f\u00f6rseningar \u2013 och t\u00e5lamodet hos svenska resen\u00e4rer \u00e4r p\u00e5 upph\u00e4llningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><\/strong>Svenskt Kvalitetsindex har f\u00f6r tjugonde \u00e5ret i rad unders\u00f6kt kundn\u00f6jdhet inom persontransportsektorn d\u00e4r t\u00e5g, buss, b\u00e5t och flyg ing\u00e5r. \u00c5rets m\u00e4tning visar en nedg\u00e5ng: n\u00f6jdhetsindexet landar nu p\u00e5 67,7, vilket \u00e4r 0,5 enheter l\u00e4gre \u00e4n i fjol. Trots en viss nedg\u00e5ng beh\u00e5ller Vy bus4you och VR sin position i toppen, men skillnaden mellan b\u00e4st och s\u00e4mst har minskat vilket tyder p\u00e5 att konkurrensen h\u00e5rdnar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDet \u00e4r tydligt att branschen pressas fr\u00e5n flera h\u00e5ll just nu. Det \u00e4r inte l\u00e4ngre tillr\u00e4ckligt att leverera god service \u2013 punktlighet och prisv\u00e4rdhet v\u00e4ger betydligt tyngre f\u00f6r kundn\u00f6jdheten\u201d, s\u00e4ger Johan Parmler, vd p\u00e5 Svenskt Kvalitetsindex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Punktlighet och prisv\u00e4rde \u2013 inte service \u2013 styr n\u00f6jdheten<br><\/strong>Enligt unders\u00f6kningen \u00e4r det framf\u00f6r allt funktionella faktorer som avg\u00e5ngsfrekvens, komfort och framf\u00f6r allt punktlighet som styr upplevelsen av prisv\u00e4rdhet. Service i sig r\u00e4cker inte f\u00f6r att skapa ett h\u00f6gt v\u00e4rde \u2013 om inte grunderna fungerar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAtt komma fram i tid \u00e4r inte en bonus, det \u00e4r ett minimikrav. Prisv\u00e4rdhet handlar i grunden om vad kunden upplever att de f\u00e5r \u2013 inte bara vad det kostar. Det g\u00e4ller i h\u00f6gsta grad inom persontransporter\u201d, konstaterar Calle Walmstedt, projektledare p\u00e5 SKI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samtidigt sticker tv\u00e5 akt\u00f6rer ut: Vy bus4you och VR. H\u00e4r upplever resen\u00e4rerna att den goda servicen faktiskt h\u00f6jer upplevelsen av prisv\u00e4rde vilket \u00e4r en orsak till den h\u00f6ga n\u00f6jdhetsniv\u00e5n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>F\u00f6rseningarna \u00f6kar och kommunikationen fungerar s\u00e4mre<br><\/strong>Andelen resen\u00e4rer som drabbats av f\u00f6rseningar har \u00f6kat fr\u00e5n 33 till 42 procent \u2013 en tydlig \u00f6kning j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende \u00e5r. Men det som verkligen skaver \u00e4r hur f\u00f6rseningarna hanteras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8221;F\u00f6rseningar i sig \u00e4r inte hela problemet, en stor del av f\u00f6rseningarna ligger utanf\u00f6r akt\u00f6rernas kontroll. Men hur man hanterar dem \u00e4r n\u00e5got man kan p\u00e5verka, och d\u00e4r ser vi tyv\u00e4rr ett f\u00f6rs\u00e4mrat betyg\u201d, s\u00e4ger Calle Walmstedt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brister i information och uppf\u00f6ljning \u00e4r \u00e5terkommande kritik. Trots att i princip alla resen\u00e4rer idag har en smarttelefon kvarst\u00e5r frustrationen kring hur information hanteras vid avvikelser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8221;Det \u00e4r 2025. Utebliven eller bristf\u00e4llig kommunikation \u00e4r helt enkelt inte acceptabelt l\u00e4ngre. Det som borde vara en hygienfaktor upplevs fortfarande som en brist.
