It is the three-star Michelin restaurant&#039;s first European visit. Behind the rare culinary experience are Tivoli, Nimb and Singapore Airlines, who have entered into an exclusive partnership to bring the award-winning Asian top restaurant to the gastronomic capital of the Nordics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1443\" src=\"https:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Odette_KAMPOT-PEPPER-CRUSTED-PIGEON-1920x1443.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-300900\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For 48 years, Singapore Airlines has been connecting the Nordics with Southeast Asia, pampering travelers with extraordinary travel experiences on its direct route between Copenhagen and Singapore. Now, the award-winning airline has entered into a culinary collaboration with Tivoli and Odette. When Odette, with chef Julien Royer at the helm, visits Denmark for just under a month with its pop-up restaurant at Tivoli, something special awaits. Visitors can look forward to a menu that combines Odette&#039;s modern French gastronomy with the most refined Asian nuances and award-winning desserts from Louisa Lim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dI am honored to be cooking in the iconic Japanese Tower at Tivoli. It is almost unimaginable that for almost four weeks our guests can experience the French star chef and taste Singapore&#039;s top restaurant here in the Japanese Tower. The collaboration with Singapore Airlines is based on a shared core value of creating extraordinary guest experiences, and with Odette&#039;s visit this is being taken up a notch,&quot; says Mikkel Ustrup, High-End Director at Tivoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Five or seven servings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Odette\u2019s pop-up at Tivoli, Royer and his team have composed a menu that can only be experienced here, but guests can expect signature dishes such as \u201dMushroom Tea\u201d, \u201dLangoustine comme un Dumpling\u201d and \u201dKampot Pepper Crusted Pigeon\u201d. For dessert, creations by Louisa Lim \u2013 named Asia\u2019s Best Pastry Chef 2023 \u2013 await, with delicate and imaginative touches such as \u201dLate Summer Berries\u201d and \u201dGrain de Caf\u00e9\u201d.
