This includes industry-leading products such as Shiji Daylight PMS, Infrasys POS, Amadeus HotSOS, Amadeus Delphi, Amadeus iHotelier and Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS), among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through this alliance, Amadeus and Shiji are integrating their solutions in an innovative way to deliver increased value to the hospitality industry and address current industry challenges of fragmentation, connectivity and personalization. The new ACRS integration enables single-image integration at the attribute level, enabling ACRS to become the master registry for inventory, pricing and availability of rooms and other products, laying the foundation for more personalized sales and marketing to guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key benefits for hotel owners<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This collaboration is designed to support hotels by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Providing an integrated technology package\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 A complete set of solutions covering property management, point of sale, central reservations, sales and catering, and hotel operations with state-of-the-art integrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Improve sales through guest service and personalization \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>By leveraging unique integration of single images at the attribute or room type level, hoteliers can extend ACRS capabilities across all available channels to enhance their marketing and upsell strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Streamline supplier management\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Hotels can now work with a single vendor to access all business-critical technology needs, including a unified approach to first-line service and support. This makes it possible, for example, to license Shiji Daylight PMS through Amadeus and combine it with other Amadeus products, or to license the Amadeus Delphi &amp; HotSOS product suite through Shiji and combine it with Daylight PMS.
