”We are very pleased to welcome CAMPING LODGE and AZUR to the First Camp family. The acquisition gives us a strong foothold in the DACH region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland), Europe's largest unconsolidated camping market. The region also has even higher organic growth than the Scandinavian camping market. Our relationship with the main owners René Müller and Jan Vyskocil began several years ago and we have found a "perfect match" both culturally and strategically. Together we will be able to create even better guest experiences and accelerate our growth in Europe. As part of the strategic partnership with Lodgyslife, our ambition is to grow further in DACH through acquisitions and agreements with municipalities.”
