After several years within Comfort and an impressive journey from porter to leader, Nataniel Rodriguez is now taking over as hotel director at Comfort Hotel Kista. As the youngest hotel director in Comfort Hotels' history, he steps into the role with a strong commitment to people, culture and guest experiences, and a clear ambition to continue driving the hotel's development forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nataniel began his hotel career at Clarion Hotel Stockholm at the age of 15 and has since gained extensive experience in roles within Front Office, bar, and service at, among others, Clarion Hotel Stockholm and Comfort Hotel Kista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In his years, he has received several awards for his commitment and service, including Service Hero of the Month<\/em> or Newcomer of the Year<\/em> at the Clarion Hotel Stockholm, as well as a nomination for Department Manager of the Year<\/em> in Comfort Hotels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 \u201dAt Comfort, we have a nursery philosophy, where we give talents with the right attitude the opportunity to grow and flourish.
