The ship is the first in the shipping company's new VIVA Boutique concept, with the ambition of creating the feel of an exclusive floating boutique hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1300\" height=\"867\" src=\"https:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/VIVA_BEYOND_christening_in_Paris_11.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-303588\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/VIVA_BEYOND_christening_in_Paris_11.jpg 1300w, https:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/VIVA_BEYOND_christening_in_Paris_11-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/VIVA_BEYOND_christening_in_Paris_11-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ship's godmother is Norwegian travel influencer Cecilie Kopperud, a choice that, according to VIVA Cruises, reflects the company's commitment to the growing Nordic market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"To be godmother to VIVA BEYOND is a great honour. I see a very strong future for both VIVA Boutique and VIVA Cruises,\" says Cecilie Kopperud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1300\" height=\"867\" src=\"https:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/VIVA_BEYOND_christening_in_Paris_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-303590\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/VIVA_BEYOND_christening_in_Paris_1.jpg 1300w, https:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/VIVA_BEYOND_christening_in_Paris_1-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.travelreport.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/VIVA_BEYOND_christening_in_Paris_1-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The award ceremony was held in Paris with around 160 guests from the travel industry and international media in attendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VIVA BEYOND will operate on the Seine year-round, offering cruises through Normandy with a focus on art, culture, and gastronomy. Routes include themes such as Impressionism, French culinary experiences, and cultural tours along the Seine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The vessel has capacity for 112 guests across 56 cabins, half of which are suites. We have placed an even greater focus on design, aesthetics, and experience, says Andrea Kruse, CEO and co-founder of VIVA Cruises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The shipping company states that the Nordic region has become an increasingly important market in recent years.
