Strawberry won the Best Use of Technology Within a Loyalty Program category, where the use of new technology, data and AI in the development of loyalty programs is assessed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The hotel group also received the Best European Hotel Loyalty Program award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Best European Hotel Loyalty Program in turn assesses, among other things, member relations, guest satisfaction and commercial results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The awards are part of Strawberry's effort to develop its digital ecosystem and loyalty program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The European Loyalty Awards brings together players in the European loyalty industry and the winners are selected by an expert jury. The award was created through a collaboration between the International Loyalty Awards and the European Bonus Award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
