3. Ifall du har en sjukdom eller skada sedan tidigare, kontrollera om du beh\u00f6ver g\u00f6ra en prelimin\u00e4r medicinsk bed\u00f6mning f\u00f6r att veta vad din f\u00f6rs\u00e4kring t\u00e4cker om du skulle beh\u00f6va behandling under resan.<\/p>\n

4. Best\u00e4ll ett Europeiskt sjukf\u00f6rs\u00e4kringskort om du reser inom Europa.<\/p>\n

5. Kontrollera om du beh\u00f6ver vaccinationer.<\/p>\n
